easy access comfortable bed
The location allows for easy access to transportation. i found a cafe downstairs near reception. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a reasonable size. there were also basic facilities for the kitchen, which i used.
the elevators sometimes had a slight unusual odor.

Functional stay close to the city

easy access nearby attractions
The location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions. The shower had consistently controllable temperature. This was great. I found several cafes nearby. The kitchenette was a nice option, although i did not use it.
I noticed the window in the hotel room was not double paned. I could hear trams throughout the night as a result. This made sleeping difficult.

The hotel staff proved helpful.. they provided assistance when needed, and I encountered no issues during my interactions with them. I appreciated the responsiveness of the reception staff.

convenient location!

tram stop friendly staff aldi supermarket
The location was great. I could easily walk to many attractions and the tram stop was conveniently located right outside! aldi supermarket nearby was also a bonus, providing easy access to groceries. the staff was very friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests i had.
The hairdryer in my room didn't work, a minor inconvenience, and it took three attempts to get a replacement that worked only intermittently as it kept overheating.

the accommodation boasts a prime location near victoria library and queen victoria market! it is a short walk to the central area, and a tramway located just in front of the accommodation gives convenient, free access to the central business district.

an okay experience

friendly staff tram stop small room sofa stains
the staff are friendly and I could leave my luggage at reception before check in. i also liked that the tram stop was very close, it was easy to get around the city from there.
the room didnt look like the photos. the room was small and it was dark, it was disappointing. i also seen stains on the sofa, it wasnt very clean.

i found the location easy to find. public transportation was very accessible. fast check-in was a plus for me.
i booked what was called the family penthouse. the staff said that they have no streaming services even though it is advertised that they are. the apartment was dirty. the mattress was stained.
