the staff are friendly and I could leave my luggage at reception before check in. i also liked that the tram stop was very close, it was easy to get around the city from there.

the room didnt look like the photos. the room was small and it was dark, it was disappointing. i also seen stains on the sofa, it wasnt very clean.

i found the location easy to find. public transportation was very accessible. fast check-in was a plus for me.

i booked what was called the family penthouse. the staff said that they have no streaming services even though it is advertised that they are. the apartment was dirty. the mattress was stained.
